P&G India CEO Challenge

Riktam created an online role playing game environment for P&G, which is used to simulate real life decision making within the organization. Users make decisions on a round by round basis, based on data that is made available.

CEO Challenge & Marketing Live has been used as part of recruitment activities in Indian B-school campuses and is being rolled out across Asian campuses - to give students a flavor of work in P&G.

P&G is also looking to use the platform during new hire on-boarding.
